How do i copy number from the daily count email and paste it into excel where daily production gets calculated without changing formulas.
E.g. i have tried all three copy paste options but still when i paste numbers in excel the formulas get edited automatically. And the total production goes to 100%.
Please assist

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
Please review your problem and try to give a complete description of what you are doing. Your description is bits and pieces.

What do you mean "the formulas get edited automatically"?

What cell(s) are you pasting to?
What cells contain formulas?
What is "total production"? If it's not supposed to be 100%, what is it supposed to be?

What cell(s) are you pasting to? A to Z in vertical
What cells contain formulas? I guess the last cell in vertical row which sum up the total counts and create into percentage that how that x person has worked that day
What is "total production"? If it's not supposed to be 100%, what is it supposed to be? This is the last cell in table which sums up and should calculate how much percentage x has worked
E.g x has worked A - 20 C 30 F 15 G 10
Then last column the total sum of this number gets calculated automatically and gives us in percentage that out of 100% how much x has worked.
So when i receive email from x about his count i can't copy the numbers directly and paste in excel i have to put all the numbers manually bcz if i copy paste it then the total production doesn't get calculated and goes to 100% which us false error.

This is still bits and pieces of your problem. You need to show your sheet layout, either using the xl2bb tool or at least in a screenshot. Same thing for the data you are copying to paste.
