How to paste data from a data entry web page form ??

I have a need to use data that is entered into boxes on a web page form.
If I copy and paste the web page form to a blank Excel 2000 sheet, I can see the data. I can click on a cells of data. But if I move off the data area to an empty part of the sheet and move the cursor with the arrow keys, the cursor move under the data. I can not make a simple formula to add the data. It is like when you put a picture, or chart in Excel, the cursor move under it. I have also tried Data/Import External data/New Web Quary/then several combinations of radio buttons I do not fully understand. But either get nothing of the same thing as a regular paste.
I really wish I could attache the sheet so you can see what I see.
I hope I was clear.

The sheet looks black online. but download it and open in excel to see it properly

Your table is made up of lots of individual objects. Try the code below to convert it into a regular table.
