How to organize columns?

Can someone please help me with this?

I have this raw data set:

PRODUCT	Sales ($)	Quantity (kg)	Date	Year	Quarter
Paper	100	1000		2020	Q1
Paper	200	2000		2020	Q2
Paper	300	3000		2021	Q1
Paper	400	4000		2021	Q2
Metal	10000	10000		2020	Q1
Metal	20000	20000		2020	Q2
Metal	30000	30000		2021	Q1
Metal	40000	40000		2021	Q2

In Power BI, when I use the matrix visualization, Columns (Year), I got something like this :

Year
2020 2021


How can I have first 2021? I mean this:

Year
2021 2020

The easiest / bullet proof way to change the sort order is to use a Sort By column.
