How to Open Text File from a directory within a cell

If i have my directory listed in a cell say E2 on a worksheet within a workbook, how can i get excel to open it as a comma delimited text file?

I also have a list of about 10 and want it to loop through all 10 names, opening all the text files.

Anyone help?
