Hi,

I have a document with many tabs. I would like to navigate from and to Home tab by just using buttons - no hiperlinks and no code. Could someone help please?

Excel Facts

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Hi Mary7903

If your question is how to navigate Excel using the keyboard only, you are referring to keyboard shortcuts.

To tab between worksheets:

left to right -> CTRL + PageDown
right to left -> CTRL + PageUp

For other keyboard shortcuts, please refer to Google. This is a good summary to start with: https://www.guidingtech.com/29760/excel-navigation-shortcut-keys/

Using keyboard shortcuts, rather than the mouse, will save you an enormous amount of time.

However, if you must use the mouse - if you right click over the arrows on the bottom left of the screen, a list of all of the worksheets in the workbook will appear; click on the appropriate one to navigate directly there.

Hi Mary7903

Then difficult to understand how it can be done without using VBA:

Code:
Option Explicit
Private Sub CommandButton1_Click()
Application.Goto Sheet2.Range("A1"), True
End Sub

Cheers

Thanks pvr928. Maybe I should have made myself clearer. I’ve go a spreadsheet with many tabs. On the home tab I would like to have some buttons where I can click and it will take me to each one of the tabs. I believe that I can create basic macros using VBA and assign them to the tab I want to be taken to without much coding? I had no success trying the above:(
