I have some data which comes of a website of students whom are selecting their sessions to attend at the conference. In the Surname column i have the list of the names and there is multiple rows entered with the same name each with a session selection. I need to create a mail merge using this data to have only the name and their sessions on a name badge. I need to manipulate this data to reflect a single line in the sheet showing their name and in 3 new columns for each session and their selection.
