Window Explorer shows a folder configuration like the following:
Desktop
...Libraries
......Documents
......Family Records
..........|ß--------------------|
.........Old Family Pics | (move up)
............Family Trust -----|
...............etc
My file backup system is complaining that I have an excessively long path (which isn’t shown here) so I want to shorten it by moving the folder Family Trust up so that it will be shown between Family Records and Old Family Pics and having the same indentation as Old Family Pics. I thought I could make the move by dragging Family Trust up until it was on top of Family Records. That’s how I would do it in Win XP. But when I do that, I keep getting the error message “The destination folder is the same as the source folder.” How does one move a folder?
