You are going to need to provide more information. What are your two squares? And do you want them merged? Can you give an example of two squares you want to merge and show us the single resulting square you expect from their merger?I am very new to excel .
I think you are describing cell merging. Select the two cells (click on one of the cells and, with the mouse button still down, drag the cursor to the next cell and then release the button), look on the Ribbon on top for the tab labeled "Home"... find the panel (group) labeled "Alignment" and locate the button labeled "Merge & Center"... click it. You can now click anywhere other than the selection to remove the highlight and the line between the two cells will be gone (and the two cells will now act as if they are a single cell). Is that what you wanted?OK , when i open a new excel sheet ,
There is a square underneath A and there is a square underneath B
I want to make the line in the middle disappear
What is that process called ?
I would try Google... maybe type in "Excel tutorials" into its search box.One last question , How do i reverse the Merge process ?
Select the merged cells and click the same button again (it is a toggle). One last question , How do i reverse the Merge process ?
