When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
I apologize I wrote it wrong in the last post. The "Average days this week" cell should be changed to "Total days this week"

All I need is for Excel to Sum up the Values in the "Total Hours" column making nine hours = 1.00 day 4.50 hours = .50 days etc...

According to the value's in the first week, in the January timesheet that I have attached, the employee would have worked a total of (five point something) days.
And he would've worked and average of 5 days per week in January (in the "Average Days This Month" cell).
All I need is a formula to calaulate 9.00 hrs as one day and that sums up the Total Hrs. column resulting in days..

Now if you take a look at the dates in that sheet, can you tell me what for formula to use in conditional formatting to not show the dates from the previous and the next month.
Thank You..
