How to make a formula to proceed summing cells until a condition is met?

Hello,

Can I make a formula that will sum cells from a specific point to the right, and stop until a condition is met?

From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Can you give us an example of how your worksheet looks like? otherwise its hard to give you a good formula back
