You have given us very little to go on, other than a file which shows your data, but not what you want.
Also a lot of members will not, or cannot, access share sites for security reasons.

I would suggest that you explain exactly what you want, along with posting some sample data to the post.
There are some add-ins available here https://www.mrexcel.com/forum/about-board/508133-attachments.html that will enable you to post dat to the post.

I am adding adding screenshot herewith.Wherever Invoice numbers are blank there take the challan number number and date to instead of Invoice number and date. I would like to have monthly item wise sale for each party. Hoping it is clear

Personally I still don't understand what you are after. Added to which formulae are not my strong point, so would not be able to help anyway.

Sir with respect as you are a MVP at this site is it fair. Sir where is the same question. Is that same exact question which I asked in this site? And did I get the correct answer? I have posted my question here in this site 3 days before and since I did not get any answer and even any of the members did not understand my question but you find that is cross posting and I got the right answer. I am asking for help and you are talking about rules. Sir did someone wasting his time for asking question which is answered? Did you check how many hours before I was posted my question there? Since it is not the same post I did not give any link or clarification to here. You are not bothering about my time for just keep waiting for an answer from here. You are only bothering about rules.
