how to make 2x2 matrix as chart

Anyone know how I can create a 2x2 matrix in Excel as a chart? I would like to be able to put data points into it, or graphics and be able to resize and have all of the chart options.

Any ideas?

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
