How to lock cell

Dear Sir,
I'm using excel for a while, now I would like to seek your help
I create excel sheet for my colleague to input data (only one cell) ,
what I want to do is how to lock cell immediately after they hit enter
and cannot do anything just save only (not save as).

but it works only if worksheet is protect.
