hi, I have a problem linking an existing table element to an existing form.

I want to show "ProbationWaived" checkbox in the form, I added field from existing table list, everything looks fine except the data is not transported into table when the checkbox is checked.

I am wondering if I missed any steps?

Many thanks!

Sam

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Check two things:

1. If you have added a check-box control separately, rather than dragging it from the table field list, then ensure that the check-box control's Control-Source property is set with the Table Field Name: ProbationWaived

2. Open the table in design view and select the ProbationWaived field and select Lookup tab of the property sheet below.
Ensure that the check-box type is selected from the drop-down list, not textbox or combobox.
