How do I insert/link individual fields from an Excel 2010 spreadsheet into a Publisher 2010 file?
I have a big document and want to be able to make changes within a spreadsheet and have them show up in the publisher document.

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
I haven't got publisher here. Can you not link special with a link? You can in other Office applications.

You can insert an embedded object, like a word document, powerpoint, or spreadsheet - but not an individual cell in a spreadsheet, as far as I can see.
You can insert a hyperlink to an email address, a website, or picture, but that seems to be it, as far as I can see.

Yes but if you can embed a spreadsheet then you can resize it to one cell, not?

I tried but the embedded object options with Excel but I do not see any way to resize it to one cell.
I see, via google search, that with older office versions you could paste special and then paste link> MS Excel.
