How to link a third party solver to Excel

I am trying to use LP_Solver in excel. I am having an issue trying to connected it. I am very new to excel so I am finding this very difficult. I have tried following this website LP Solve link to Excel but it not working.

In Excel 2010 you go to file-options-add ins-manage add ins, in 2003 I think it's under tools. 2013/2016 and beyond I'm not sure but see if that helps.
