Hello,

How do I limit the sum of numbers to 100%? For example, in productivity, one person may put more productive hours than the required number of hours, naturally, the productivity is more than 100%. How can I put a limit of 100%?

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
=if("YourSumHere">1,1,"YourSumHere")

Switch "YourSumHere" for your actual calculation and remove the "".

Hi Croy1985,

Thank you for the tip. I am completely a novice trying to learn all this on my own so I had a little hard time with the tip. Maybe soon I will understand. Hehe.
