How to learn the VBA Coding in Excel

After many search in Google, I came to Mr. Excel. I believe many expert can suggest me.


I just wanted to know, how to make VBA statement in excel. Do i have to know all the object and basic tools in VBA?
for example "Dim" i don't know why Dim needed and what the purpose to use Dim.

How will i know, which code will work for which purposes and how i have to start the coding?
For example i want to remove specific color row from the worksheet.

How i know where to use ., (), "", ........

Can some one suggest specific site which can help me. I know so many expert are in this site, hopefully many export will suggest me.

Just to inform, I can use other people code if someone make for me for my specific work purpose.
