How to launch excel in Windows 10 with keystrokes: Windows + x

For years on Windows 7, I would launch Excel by hitting the Windows button and then x. I'm now on Windows 10 and I can't figure out how to tweak windows to allow it. And instead of Excel launching, I now get Xbox launching, which I'd like to get rid of altogether.

So, how can I make the keystroke combination "Start + x" launch excel?

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
For me, on my task bar, I have Excel shortcut as my second app ( there is the 'start menu", search, task view are the first 3 and dont count.) So I can hit Win+2 ( it opens the 2nd app ), which in my case is Excel.
I would duckduckgo windows key + x and you can see what they are set to.
