Hi everyone,
I am completely new on this forum. I am thrilled to see such activity on this important subject.
I work for a one of the largest FMCG companies in the world and the management has asked me to create a local report that can provide a overview of the most important products and how they have performed in the top stores here in Denmark.
I use Excel 2016 and i have access to a cloud-based data base that can provide me with all the information needed - i can only import the data via a pivot table that summarize the results i need (don't have a raw data table).
Please see the report here (link):

Problem: When I change the periods in my pivot, I would like to keep the same columns and rows and only changing the values. Any way to do this in a pivot?
In other words, how can i keep my top 100 stores and top 100 SKUs from 2017 static, and just see the new values for those same stores and skus in 2018?
best,
Jakob
