Hi, I am trying to integrate this, I have 1 client with their latest appointment on 1 row.

How would I do this?

That's as vague a question as it gets, "How would I do this?", can you please explain what "this" means.

I need help figuring out how to delete duplicated clients while keeping his/her last appt....
So instead of highlighting the row for each duplicated client and deleting it, I need help figuring out how to best do this, as I have hundreds of duplicated clients with multiple appts....
Ideally I'd like it to look like below:
