How to instert a power query table starting from a specific cell

So I want to insert the power query at column A cell 9

Close and Load on the Home Tab. Select Table and then specify where you want the data to go.

Is there a way to do it stright from power query without having to select the table manually

Once it is selected in PQ, then you do not have to re-select when there are updates. If you don't tell it where to place the data initially, how will excel know where to put it. Unfortunately, Excel can only do what you tell it to do. There is no AI in Excel.
