Hi

Hope everyone is well.

I have a worksheet that contains data - see image 1

I am trying to work out how to add a macro button that will go to the top of the worksheet and enable you to add X amount of blank rows - eg: 10 - see image 2

Those new blank rows then need to look at text in a specific column and then count how many times that word appears - eg: Open = 10, Closed =34, No supplier response =2..etc. and add them against the status cell

Also we need to highlight each row according to status - see image 3

I have no programming experience in this.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanking you in advance.

Regards
Sue
