how to insert a worksheet in a Post

I already download the program to do it. after I select what i want form excel and convert it html format, then it opens a new window that have a botton at the botton of the page that says to click there to copy that table to the clip board. after a I do that what should I do in order to insert that into a post. because I already tried with contro + v , doing the paste to the message body of the post and nothing happens. could someone help me?

It should paste a lot of HTML code, so make sure that the "Disable HTML on this Post" checkbox is NOT checked. After submitting, you should be able to see the worksheet.
