how to improve UI- should I add colors?

Hi All,

there is a big discussion in my team regarding whether to add colors for the user forms in a addin ( Excel addin ) or not. I was proposing to use the tooltip color for the forms.

Does anyone had to deal with such situation?. What is your input? thanks

If I were you I would try to make the UserForm look as much like an Excel dialog as possible. Don't clutter it up with fancy, distracting stuff.

Keep things barebones and usable.

If you absolutely must yield to colors, use light colors.
