How to improve my VBA code

I have written a basic vba code to select bunch of rows from one sheet based on data paste it in another sheet where i perform duplicate removal and then I cut it and paste it in another sheet to get duplicate removed output, how to improve my code as the copy and pasting operations takes soo much time, but i couldn't find a way to avoid them as I am performing duplicate removal operation
