I running a query on data from combining two tables. The results come back greate except for one field. In this field, the per record in one column. I want the results to display on the same row as the company, address, etc., etc. For example, currently I get this from my query result
ID1 name address1 address2 contact nurse1
ID1 name address1 address2 contact nurse2
ID1 name address1 address2 contact nurse3
(all same a common ID number)

I want the data to return like this:
ID1 name address1 address2 contact nurse1 nurse2 nurse3 and so on.

Can I get some help on this, please!

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
Have you tried a crosstab query?

No, I have not tried that. I am looking for a way to process this information using an if statement or maybe even a VB script.

Could you give us an idea of the data and structure of the two tables?
