How to highlight a word that appears in two lists?

Can someone write me an excel formula that will highlight whenever the same word is in both lists? For the example above, "Arrigo"

You want to highlight the individual word? You'd need VBA to do that. If you want to highlight the entire cell, you can do that. Check this thread:
