Hi,

I have a querry that displays:
1. Date
2. [A].idcode
3. .idcode
4. Quantity

What I needed is to group this things by Week instead of By day (that's how I'm doing)

How can I do this, using a crosstab querry?

I can use the week number but I can also use:
1/4 to 7/4 , 8/4 to 14/4 and so on
HELP!!!!!
 o_O

Excel Facts

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Build a query using the Crosstab Wizard.
By the looks of things you will have Date across the headers (ie the second field selection screen).
Before going to the final screen to select your Data field, click the Group button (bottom left of the dialog). Select your grouping period and you're set.

Note: to group dates, they MUST be across the top. Don't try to do it with Date in the Row field area.
