I thought this was working to give today's date when they updated the form, but then when they opened it
Code:
 =IF(OR($E24<>"",$F24<>0),NOW(),"")

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
Code:
    If Target.Column = 6 Or 7 Then
        ThisRow = Target.Row
        If (ThisRow = 1) Then Exit Sub
        ' time stamp corresponding to cell's last update
        Range("H" & ThisRow).Value = Now
        ' Windows level UserName | Application level UserName
        Range("I" & ThisRow).Value = Environ("username") & "|" & Application.UserName
    End If
It works when i use 6 but when i enter data in collumn 7 it doesn't work

solved when I changed it to
Code:
     If Target.Column = 6 Or Target.Column = 7 Then

Each side of the "OR" needs to be a complete statement, i.e.
Code:
If Target.Column = 6 Or Target.Column = 7 Then
