How to Get Podcast

I would LOVE to get in on these daily podcasts. Do I have to download i-tunes? I am having issues getting started.

I did and that is where I am confused. Do I have to have iTunes downloaded in order to watch these? I only want to watch these on my PC as I don't have an iPod with video capabilities.

You don't need an ipod at all for itunes.
If you want to automatically download the files - you need itunes.
If you want to manually download and watch the casts, check out instructions under the archive.
But podcasts are made to work with itunes for ease of access.

This is a work computer, so I can't downoad iTunes. I only saw instructions on how to install iTuens and watch the podcasts that way. I didn't see anything that indicated how to watch them in mp4 format if you don't have iTunes. Am I just overlooking something simple?

any other player that can do mp4s can play them. Itunes just makes it easier to get the latest files. Without it, you have to manually download the files. I'm not even sure where the absolute newest are. Just the archive.
