How to GET NEXT Monday or Thursday (excluding Weekends and Holidays)

Hi I am preparing the Project Plan and in which i need arrive at a day when task is suppose to happen.


E.g
BRD Completed - Mon,20,Aug,18
Submit BRD for BS-Review(cut off is every Friday or Tuesday)
Review Date: Every Monday and Thursday




I have used following formula
H29 = Mon,20,Aug,18


To calculate Cutoff date
=IF(H29+7-WEEKDAY(H29+7-6)<H29+7-WEEKDAY(H29+7-3),H29+7-WEEKDAY(H29+7-6),H29+7-WEEKDAY(H29+7-3))


To calculate Review Date
H30 = output of cuttoff date
=IF(H30+7-WEEKDAY(H30+7-5)<H30+7-WEEKDAY(H30+7-2),H30+7-WEEKDAY(H30+7-5),H30+7-WEEKDAY(H30+7-2))


but this is not helping to exclude the holidays and weekend.


Please advice....Need HELP
