hello
i am curious how a person with a valid (and probably simple)
question is supposed to get an answer if after only 12 hours that person's question is on page 13? i am aware that re-posting would be a no-no, but what is one supposed to do?
thank you

Mac

If it's your post, reply to it to bump it up the list.

If you post when there's a lot of activity, your post can fall through teh cracks, but bump it and see how you go.

Don't get frustrated, we're all really proud of the traffic the board gets, but as Denis mentioned some posts do get "lost" in the shuffle, as a direct result of that...

There's no harm at all in bumping your post, in fact if you haven't it's pretty much incumbent upon you to do so...Provided it's been a few hours and not a few minutes (it does happen...)

Hi,

good to know also:
Your post may be on page 13, while you will still be on page 1 or 2 in the unanswered questions.
At the moment there is a thread in the Lounge about "unanswered" posts: could give you some hope or could help to understand, why your post got no answer.
