how to get Date Picker in userform

Can somebody tell me how to get the calender control in the UserForm? I don't find it in my additional tools

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
If I remember correctly, after a certain version of Excel Microsoft decided to quit supporting the date picker. It is really sad because it was one of their best user form tools. You will likely see the date picker in earlier versions of Excel, but not later versions.
