Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
If your SAP table is actually in SAP, Im not sure how you could do this. I assume it would have an "export to Excel" feature

If it's in Excel, simply use =VLOOKUP([trade code],[SAP table],2,false)

Thank you for early response baitmaster******** type=text/javascript> vbmenu_register("postmenu_2901005", true); *********> .

The data is in SAP table only. when running macro the data will be extracted from there by logging into the SAP.

if any further information required, pl. post.

Thanks

Sorry, I can't help you to control SAP from Excel. You would also need to know how to locate the data table programmatically, and I'm not sure anyone will be able to help you do this without seeing your instance of SAP

But then I've been proved wrong before, there's some great people on here...
