In the past I recall I can easily link in File 1's range with data from File2's range.
Now I found I can only import from File2 data using powerquery.

Where can I use the old method to link from File2's range so it is dynamic meaning when data in File2's range is changed, File 1 can be updated.
Thanks

maybe a simple query - and set it to refresh on file open. requires no code. can set up via ALT-D-D-N then follow the wizard
