Hello All,
I'm just beginning to use excel and at my current job I'm asked to do alot of data manipulation with excel. Oftentimes I'm using basic functions but occassionally I'll have days where I'm asked to do something that will require me to reach out to a tutor that I have to pay. When faced with a complex problem I find myself getting overwhelmed and not finding a solution. I know I need to get better at problem solving and arriving at a solution outside of paying someone. Mr. Excel is very helpful but overall I know I need to become a better problem solver. Any recommendations? Is there a website I can go to for a daily excel problem to solve for practice?

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
have you thought about going on a course ?
When you pay a tutor, does he/shee teach you , or just do the problem for you ?

Often google searches will help - but you may need to know a little before you can know what to search for.

There are a lot of good books available

And free courses online - I did look into some when i was teaching older people on using computers (silver surfers, back in 2010-17) - and quite a lot of good free stuff

I'm trying to find that
heres some - i booked mark and still work
this is one i used a lot -
Excel - Free Excel Tutorial at GCFGlobal
Excel - functions - Free Excel Formulas Tutorial at GCFGlobal

I do not know of one off the top of my head,

But I will look around and may post a new reply , if i come across something

I searched for excel daily exercise

Also maybe a search for Excel daily practice

Mrexcel - has lots of youtube videos and books available

Do you learn from books ?

JUST be very careful with any FREE courses you see , DONT add any credit card/payment details -
Some courses you get things like the first lesson free in each section
so do be aware, they maybe scams in amongst some of the searches - but a lot are genuine
