Good afternoon,

What I would like to achieve is the average marge of every month, but needs to be for the current year only and needs to change with the new year. The sheet below is a sample of the 80.000 plus records I have. Can this be done?

Thank you for your time.

Romano

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
Hi,
Have you tried to insert a Pivot Table ?

It is a shame ... because for 80'000 + records ... it is much much faster and simpler than any other approach ...

Even on a separate and dedicated sheet ?
