How to generate pivot with multiple distinct criteria in a cell

In few cells there are more than one criteria and when I generate pivot ; it counts as a single criteria . Pls refer to below snip :

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
