how to fix an excel 2016 sheet with bad navigation

CTRL + Shift + up and CTRL + Shift + dn only moves one row. I am using sticky keys & Win 10 on an Asus ROG gamer.

Have you tried closing Excel and then rebooting your machine?

post a picture of your data

anyway if eg. you've A1 selected with blank column it should go to the end of the sheet
if eg. you have table with mixed data (data/blank) it will go to the first cell with data then again CSDownarrow to the next cell with data
or if there is data without blank cells it should go from the first cell to the last cell
