Hi guys, my workbook jumped from 1mb to 6mb after a day of work to it. I didn’t look along the way what was making it jump. Is there a quick way to see what is making the file size what it is? Thanks!

Since you are using MS365, if you are storing the workbook on OneDrive or are happy to load the workbook to OneDrive, you could try this:

If you elect to optimise, it will reset the UsedRange on all worksheets.
It's only available in the Online version of Excel
