how to find the duplicate values in excel of urls of same domain

Hi all, i want the solution for this situtation

I am able to highlet the same urls with same length. but i am unable to do the following
i am having the excel sheet of 500 urls, i want to remove or high let the duplicate domain or urls ?

Are all your ULRs respecting the same structure? like http://www.****.****************
Then I guess you want to highlight URLs where the part **** is the same, right?
