How to find MAX value and copy cell next to it?

Hi I have text in Q2:Q30 and value in R2:R30
what i need is in Q32 to find MAX value in R2:R30 and copy relevant Q in Q32
=VLOOKUP(MAX(R2:R30),Q2:R30,1)
this comes up as a error...
