How to filter powerpivot result to show on your Excel worksheet

Hi, I have an excel file with power pivot table attached. I am getting large amount of data back > 1,000,000. When I get data into my excel I get the same amount of data. Now, when I filter the data in Power Pivot and now I have 100 records, my excel worksheet still showing all my records. How to apply the filter so I get the same amount of data back to my Excel?

Excel Facts

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
