How to Filter on a drop list when selecting from other 2 drop lists?

Dears,

I used the below function in Excel 2019 to return value when selecting 3 drop list

=INDEX(D1:D100,MATCH(1,(A1:A100="x")*(B1:B100="y")*(C1:C100="z"),0))

confirmed with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER

One of the drop list has 55 lines and I want to be able to filter from them when selecting from the first and second drop list to show only the relevant lines per selection.

Attached the screenshot from the table.

I want to be able to select from SiteA&B and filter in Route.
