how to fill cell m34-dh34 with certain condition?? (vba)

Time: Cell D6
Date Format Birthday: Month, Date, Year cell D3-f3
Age / Age: cell m 15 - dh15
Cell M34 - DH34: Place in its contents PINNACLE VALUE according to Time value
Pinnacle Value: the result of addition of D3-F3 cell , THERE IS of 4 Pinnacle value .


Iam looking for formula or vba macro to solved my problem. I want to try to calculate the pinnacle value. there are 4 pinnacle values and the results are obtained in a way that is:
1. First Pinnacle value: Month + Date (Cell D3 + e3)
example: 2 + 9 = 11 (note if final result number 11, 22 is not reduced to 2, 4)
2. Second Pinnacle value: Date + Year (cell e3 + f3)
example 9 + 5 (1 + 9 + 9 + 4 = 5) = 5 (note if the final result of number 11.22 is not reduced to 2, 4)
3. Third Pinnacle value: Number of first Pinnacle + second pinnacle
(11) + 5 = 7 (note if the final result of number 11.22 is not reduced to 2, 4)
4. Pinnacle value to 4: month + year results (cell d3 + f3)
2 (11) + 5 = 7 (note if the final result of number 11.22 is not reduced to 2, 4)


I expect All Pinnacle Value to appear automatically in cell M34 - DH34 when Time is already found according to the conditions below:

A. if Time is 1 change of pinnacle value at age
1. ages 0 - 35
2: ages 36 - 44
3: ages 45 - 53
4: age 54 +
B. if Time 2 changes the value of pinnacle in age
1.USA 0 - 34
2: ages 35 - 43
3: ages 44 - 52
4: ages 53+
C. if Time is 3 change of pinnacle value at age
1.USA 0 - 33
2: ages 34 - 42


ages 43 - 51
age 52 +
D. if Time is 4 change of pinnacle value at age
1. 0 - 32
2: 33 - 41 years of age
3: ages 42 - 50
4: age 51 +
E. if Time is 5 change of pinnacle value at age
1. ages 0 - 31
2: ages 32 - 40
3: ages 41 - 49
4: age 50+
F. if Time 6 changes the pinnacle value in age


0 - 30
ages 31 - 39
3. age 40 - 48
4. 49 +


G. if Time 7 changes the pinnacle value in age
1. 0 - 29
2: ages 30 - 38
3: ages 39 - 47
4: 48 + age


H. If Time 8 changes the pinnacle value by age
1. 0 - 28

I. If TIME 9 changes in age

What I'm asking:
1. How to get Pinnacle Value in cell M34 - DH4 filled automatically And change at certain age According to Time value specified? ?
because there is nine Time Value, And more than one Pinnacle Value (1st pinnacle, 2nd pinnacle,3rd pinnacle, 4thpinnacle).
