# How to Extend range in pivot tables ?? ?

I was try refresh but not show data in pivot table, how to update data ...???

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
For this data your range should be the entire column. Right click anywhere in your pivot table, and the pivot table items will be available in the Ribbon. Go to Analyze, Change Data Source, Change Data Source, and then change the range from A1:C5 to A:A.
