How to Export Excel Sheet to powerpoint with out resize

HI all

I have a work sheet in XL I copy it and paste speacial as an excel object in Powerpoint.

The fonts don't quite look right, so I click the object in powerpoint, To make if fix, but when I do this. The sheet autosize and I loose some of my data.

How do I stop this from happening?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
