How to exclude rows if..

Hi,
I want to apply macro in all sheets, and for all sheets to exclude the rows that contain (or not contain) a value.

Example,
for all sheets>> Column H:H is the sum of the row, But if the cell in Column A:A does not contain ":", then don't apply SUM
