How to enable macros in google sheet

Hi
I have a excel sheet with some macros... I want to use this sheet as google sheet but I Upload it and try to use as google sheet all the VBA code/macros not work there...
even I have installed the macro convertor but the converter not work and give the message of " you do not have the access on this add in
so please guide me how I can use the macro convertor to enable the macros..
